ABOUT US: Home for Disabled Society:

Shri Janeshwar Mishra Viklang Punarvas Kendra- Home for Disabled Society is a Jaunpur based voluntary organisation registered under the socities Registration, 1860 in the year 1989. It came into being following the decision of a group of like minded professional willing to whole heartedly contribute to its mission- "To rehabilitate the down trodden society of rural disabled in an integrated set up medically, physically, socio-physicologically, education and economocially."
Through the scope of activities of Shri Janeshwar Mishra Viklang Punarvas Kendra- as unit of Home for Disabled Society is a commitment of Disabled services regarding all sphere. In eastern U.P. facilities for disabled do not exist, even referrering centres are away from access of disabledpeople; in Lucknow and Allahabad. Peoples are also lacking even initial health services more than 100km to 200km. An attempt has been making to rehabilitate the poor disabled people.
Legal Status:
H.F.D. Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860
Home for Disabled Society is by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
(FRCA Regd. No. 136510008).
Home for Disabled Society is also registered under the Sec. 80G of Income Tax Act.

The prime objectives of the Home for Disabled Society:

to uplift the rural less privileged children by providing basic education.
to create awareness among the childern, adult and illiterate women on family welfare, health education and personal hygiene.

MISSION:

To ensure all round development of children by providing them with quality education, healthcare and balanced nutrition, so that they can accomplish a better life individually and act as responsible Citizen of our country.

To help children and youth shape their future with a secure job by providing them relevant education, guidance, grooming and counselling facilities.
Imparting skills to youth and women for self employment.
Counseling and training parents on children care.
Organizing awareness programs on family welfare and health care.

Vision:

Literacy leading to employment opportunities.
Vocational education leading to self sustainability.
Implementing health care programs.
Driving all programs toward self-sustainability.

Our Objectives:

To make physical challenged children self-reliant, self dependent and productive for society.

To make available all the best available medical treatment and rehabilitation to physically challenged children including cerebral palsy by group of specialists under one roof so that their parents can be spared from mental tension and financial problems.

To make the treatment accessible for underprivileged disabled children.

To create public awareness about prevention, management and social acceptance of disabled children.

SOURCES OF FUNDING:
All the donations received are deposited in the bank A/C of the Home for Disabled Society. After the expenses the balance funds are transferred to corpus funds A/C of the Home for Disabled Society. The general body & Governing body members work for the society in honorary capacity. They do not draw salary in any form and do not claim reimbursement of expenses incurred for society's work.
The Home for Disabled Society arranges finances from institutions, organizations and individuals for its operational expenses. The donations are exempted under Income tax act 80 G.
